Our Dedicated Workshop Spaces are priced individually and available for you to rent privately, on a permanent basis, for your own creative practice. We offer flexible, rolling monthly contracts, taking the risk out of launching or expanding your business.

Provided you are safe and professional – we are unrestrictive and open to all kinds of making practice. Your space is yours to make your own.

All Workshop Spaces sit within our 13,500 square foot workshop, on the ground floor, with roller shutter access, parking, loading bay and light industrial, messy space, suitable for nearly all types of fabrication.

Our pricing is straightforward and all inclusive, so you have nothing else to think about. One flat fee includes VAT, business rates, utilities (water, gas, electric) and services (waste, wifi and cleaning).

Temporary hire is worked out on a case by case basis. Please fill in the application form with the length of hire, use of space and any special requirements then we will get back to you with prices.
